First Day in the "Big Boy Room"

Cooper started the new toddler room yesterday at Carpe like a champ! He loves his teachers and all of his friends in his class. Mommy didn't shed a tear until she drove away, only because he waved good bye to me like a big boy! He is so grown up and I hate every minute of it!!!

Where does the time go...

Wow! Where does the time go? Here is C the first day of Carpe last year August 27th and him yesterday on his first day of the "big boy" room! What a difference a year makes! Please note, that the "fat creases" in his arms, wrists and legs have not gone away!

First Soccer Practice

Mommy had this brilliant idea that C was ready for soccer! They have a great program called SoccerTots up here that starts at 18 months. As you will see from the pictures, we really did not quite get it yet! Needless to say, it was an experience and we will try again in the spring!

You want me to do what???

C and his best bud Trip with their daddies!

What, it's not a hat???

I can't sit in here - maybe we have a future goalie on our hands!

I hate this!

Stella & Dot Launch Party!

As many of you already know, I recently launched a new business, Stella & Dot! I have been looking for a business that I can do on the side from my "real" job, went to a party and fell madly in love with this jewelry line. The launch party was at our house this past weekend and a total success! I appreciate everyone that came out to support as well as those that placed orders online! My website is www.stelladot.com/kellywenzel - check it out!

Last day of the Infant Room at Carpe!

Wow! Who would have thought that time flies by this fast? I feel like it was just yesterday and I was putting up pics of his first day of school at Carpe. He is such a big boy now. He starts the older toddler room on Monday and we are super excited about his teachers and his classmates! His best friend Allison will be with him again! Yea! We'll post some pics next week of the first day, but here are the ones from his end of the year party!

There's pants on your head - so funny, so funny!

Little man C has a fascination with putting things on his head - boxes, hats, toys, you name it - it goes on our head. Recently, he likes to put his pants on his head and he likes to leave his shirt on his head before bath! Just a couple quick pics!

What do you mean I am not supposed to put my pants on my head?

Under the big top!

Mommy and Daddy took Cooper to the Circus this past weekend at the AAC! He had a blast through the entire 2 hour and 15 minute show. He flirted with the girl dancers, said goodbye to the "eli's" aka elephants and growled at the tigers. C had a $12 sno-cone, cotton candy and a hot dog - what a treat! The highlight was our spining elephant light up toy!

for me???

Loving our elephant light up toy

Roar...the tigers!
